The Cherokee Heritage Center is Oklahoma’s premier field trip destination for students. Here they will explore our unforgettable Trail of Tears Exhibition, feel transported in time by Diligwa, our new 1710 Cherokee Village, and experience Cherokee history of the late 1890s in Adams Corner Rural Village. The Cherokee Heritage Center also offers interactive storytelling, arts and crafts and cultural games.  Experience these activities and more with Ancient Cherokee Days held each Fall and Indian Territory Days held each Spring.

Field trips are offered daily. Schools also may request an outreach coordinator to conduct cultural presentation at your site.
